Withdraw

You may request a refund within 14 days starts the day after receives the product.

To begin the refund process, please fill out the Withdrawal request form below.

Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your tracker.
The tracker must be returned before your refund can be processed. If your order included a subscription, it will also be canceled and refunded as part of the withdrawal process. After the returned tracker is received and verified, your refund request will be reviewed within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
