Tracki GPS offers a hassle-free, LIFETIME WARRANTY. regardless of your date of purchase, we will replace any defective/lost device with an active subscription, one time, at our expense.
Simply send an email to support@tracki.com detailing the issue and include a few photos so we can have a replacement Tracki device shipped out to you asap.

To open your warranty claim, please email support@tracki.com and provide the following information:
Order#
Device ID
Email Address associated with device
Current shipping address
Explanation of the problem
