We will always go the extra mile to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request an exchange or return, please read below.

Returns Policy

Most items can be returned for any reason, whether opened or used. You have 30 days to return your order and will get an immediate replacement (if item is in stock) or a refund. If your product is defective, the return shipping is free.

All returns will need a valid RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) which may be requested by following the link at the bottom of this page.

All returns or exchanges missing contents or with damage to the original box/device may be subject to a restocking fee  Tracki is not liable in any way for returned packages that were lost or damaged during shipment.

No Return/Exchange on the following:

  • Over the 30 day period
  • Purchased from unauthorized retailer ( and are considered "authorized" retailers) 
  • SIM card has been tampered with / replaced.
  • GPS Tracking service plans are non-refundable.
